Considering the following: Life is energy in action. Energy is an active force that has effects. Thoughts have energy, so it follows that we cannot have a neutral thought that has no effect. Under the laws of attraction/mind action, defending against future negativity actually summons negativity.

What you focus on you see more of.

Therefore, while planning on a way to guard ourselves against something fearful/negative that could happen in the future may seem like a wise practice for keeping ourselves safe in an unpredictable world, we are in fact, activating negative energy that will have an effect in some form if perpetuated. Often times this effect comes in the form of relational discord or bodily pain.

However, if the presence of fear thoughts and emotions could be understood as an energetic indicator that we can sense, indicating if/when we are out of alignment with what is our highest good, then fear can be harnessed and utilized.

Fear often indicates that your energy is being directed toward a destructive state—meaning fear thoughts are attacking our goals, well-being, or growth. Viewing fear as an indicator helps us identify when our energy is in being misallocated towards de-structing what we desire (as opposed to con-structive energy alignment towards what we desire). This understanding can inspire us to an awareness of the need to shift our focus or perception.

By grasping this concept, you can cease fear’s energetic activity and prevent its destructive trend from impacting health, finances, or relationships. Remember, regardless of its source, any negative thought or emotion is, by its nature, inherently destructive to your sense of wellbeing – unless it is viewed as an indicator to stop giving negativity more energy via your powerful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Breaking free from fear halts its harmful growth and unlocks your energy. To address your negativity/fear on a mental level:
